We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. This role involves developing and executing social media posts that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our web sites. The Social Media Specialist will work closely with team to execute their vision and to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Create engaging content tailored to the company vision and goals
Analyze and report performance.
Collaborate with team managers to create relevant content
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices on IG, FB, and emerging social media tools to enhance our online presence.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and directing them to team managers and the company directly.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for content creation.
Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience using social media creating engaging ads both organic and sponsored when directed.
Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Knowledge of current trends in social media marketing and digital advertising strategies.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
