This individual ensures that tracking processes for asset entitlements and usage are accurate in order to ensure compliance, optimize use and minimize risk. The Software Asset Manager collaborates with Business and IS Solutions owners as well as vendors to provide an accurate understanding of key asset information.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONEducation qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic Health System.Minimum Required:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Health Care, or a technical field, or
• Associates degree in Business or Health Care field and four years of experience in a technical field, or
• High school diploma and eight years of experience in technical field.

Preferred/Optional: NoneEXPERIENCEMinimum Required: Five years of experience in Software Asset Management or Seven years\xe2\x80\x99 experience supporting IT applications in IT disciplines such as systems administration, project management and application implementation/administration. Demonstrates strong communication skills.Preferred/Optional: Experience in a healthcare setting. Experience with a tools used within the practice of software asset and configuration management, such as Microsoft\'s Configuration Manager or Intune tools and Service Now\'s Asset Management. Possesses strong investigative skills in order to address software allowed use, licensing and key contract criteria.
