PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide software development, engineering and technical support for digital simulations
• Working with simulations of US and foreign military aircraft and weapon systems
• Develop reports of system/model performance and provide analysis and troubleshooting of system/model anomalies as required
• Maintain a collaborative working relationship with various service research laboratories
• Serve as a member of various working groups
• Field requests from various Program Management Activities (PMAs) as they relate to the digital simulations

Requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline and five (5) or more years\' experience working with software for simulations or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Active SECRET clearance
• Experienced in the use of Matlab with the ability to generate reports, draw data, and provide analyses
• Experienced with software experience used to support simulations
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop solutions and implement features based on customer feedback via demonstrations or input from subject matter experts
• Ability to work equally well independently or in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with little oversight
• Strong communication skills with the ability to compose presentations, White Papers, and deliver technical briefings if requested

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with MATLAB is highly desired
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline and eight (8) or more years\' experience working with software for simulations
• Previous experience working with aircraft or weapons simulations
