Serve as a DevOps Engineer supporting a government customer
Work within an engineering team environment with other skilled stakeholders
Participate in security review of applications and infrastructure
Apply Infrastructure as a code language to the technology environment
Develop new automation capabilities that:
Utilize IaC best practices
Establishes a continuous integration /continuous delivery pipeline
Work within Cloud based services
Build APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.
Script in languages like Perl, Shell, etc.
Interface routinely with senior management
Deliver weekly status to leadership
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with a Full-Scope Polygraph
BS in Computer Science of related (preferred)
16+ years of relevant experience
Experience coding/programing in Java, Python, and C#
Experience with cloud environments services such as AWS or Azure
Experience developing automation capabilities
Experience with DevOps practices and tools to include:
Release management
Orchestration and code repository tools such as Jira, Github, or Jenkins
Experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining solutions
Experience documenting concepts of operations and standards of practice
Microsoft Certified Engineer Certification
Microsoft Certified Architect Certification
Required: Active TS/SCI w/ FSP
