What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing:

The Software Engineer I will be responsible for writing embedded code in a team environment which includes the research, design, debug, and tests next generation network management software systems while contributing to the existing product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and debug test embedded software
• Work closely with hardware design team
• Responsible for creating written documentation for his/her own software development
• Works closely with the quality assurance group for testing
• Develop feature enhancements and provide development support for existing product lines
• Works in both an independent and team environment to meet multiple product release cycles

Qualifications and Requirements:

• BS degree (BSCE/CS) and/or equivalent experience
• 1+ years experience developing in C/C++
• Comfortable developing in Linux environment
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or a similar scripting language
• Understanding of network concepts
• Experience with source control tools, e.g. svn, git, etc.
• Exposure to hardware interfaces e.g. I2C, SPI, PCI
