You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with a team of other developers alongside systems engineers, service engineers, and project managers. Come be a part of our team and help us find new ways to interact with users, however and wherever they connect with our brands.Responsibilities:Develop core site functionality using server-side templating and JavaScriptResolve bugs and clear roadblocks as they occurImplement best practices to continually increase performance and scalabilitySupport team members by reviewing code and pull requestsWork with engineering peers, product, and project management to refine specs and timelinesPartner with other engineering teams to deliver best solutionsCollaborate with story tellers and designers across our brandsBasic Qualifications:3+ years relevant industry experienceBS Computer Science or related technical discipline or its equivalentProven understanding of front-end web development technologies and principlesComprehensive knowledge of JavaScript, React.JS, and server-side templatingExperience with task automation (WebPack, Grunt, Gulp) and CSS Preprocessors (Less, Sass)Demonstrated ability to research solutions to complex problemsStrong communication skills and attention to detailDriven and self-motivated#DisneyTech
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, California is $112,600 - $151,000 per year, and in Seattle, Washington and New York City is $118,000 - $158,200 per year and in San Francisco, California is $123,400 - $165,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
