With a focus on uncompromising quality and high-level craftsmanship, BOSS has grown to be a leader in the sale of truck plows.What Will You Do?Assist with design, prototyping, and testing of electronic circuits for new products and improvements to existing productsDesign fixtures for electrical and software development testingConduct tests, and collect and analyze data of new or existing productsRecognize and help with problem solving efforts in the Electronics LabRecognize and help with problem solving efforts on plant test fixtures (hardware & software)Create methods for standard work proceduresWork with design engineers to reduce costs and help improve quality of productWhat Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:Experience in test fixture designStrong analytical and organizational skillsStrong leadership skills to lead a team and pull information from othersProblem solving skillsDemonstrated computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and OrcadAbility to take on multiple responsibilities/projects at oncePrioritize based on due dates or importance of projectsPursuing a B.S.
