We are seeking multiple Software Engineers to join our C-UAS, EW, and RF team in Sterling, VA. Our team supports product development and solutions across a variety of mission critical systems deployed around the world that address customer needs in the field of counter unmanned systems (C-UxS) detection and mitigation. In this role you will be able to design, develop, and deploy new cutting-edge software applications Respinsibilities: - Drive product vision and direction for common services and a shared baseline, while exhibiting strong strategy, execution, design, and analytics - Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements ro lead long term technical vision - Understand industry & company-wide trends to help assess & develop new technologies - Build relationships across engineering teams and program management organization in order to execute full software lifecycles

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Required Experience: - Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience with Web Development Technologies \xe2\x80\x93 Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Angular (could be React or Vue too) - Experience with Backend Development Technologies \xe2\x80\x93 Python and Java language - Experience writing code in a microservices architecture - Experience with Agile methodologies - Eligible for TS/SCI Clearance Preferred Experience: - Experience containerizing software in Docker or Kubernetes - Experience supporting mission-essential systems with high uptime requirements - Experience developing applications for commercial cloud technologies (E.g. AWS C2S, GovCloud) - Experience with Digital Signal Processing and other RF concepts - Experience integrating, developing, and optimizing solutions using AI/ML concepts - Experience integrating, developing, and optimizing solutions using GPUs - Experience integrating, developing, and optimizing solutions using FPGAs - Experience with VPX chassis, VPX Cards, and infrastructure - Active TS/SCI Clearance Screening Questions: What is your experience with Software as a Service, Microservices, Containerization, Web User Interfaces (specifically with JavaScript and Angular or AngularJS), Design, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services ? What is your experience leading technical projects? What were your roles/responsibilities? What is your experience mentoring and/or leading people?
