Develops, selects, tailors and deploys software processes, tools and metrics.
Executs and documents software research and development projects.
Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
3+ years of experience in software requirements analysis, decomposition and allocation.
3+ years of experience using a requirements tracability tool, like DOORS
1+ years of experience using an system design tool, like CAMEO
1+ years of experience in software development life cycles,and best agile software engineering practice.
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree
Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile.
Experience with requirements development on US Gov programs.
Education/experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years\' related work experience).
In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
