Key Responsibilities:
Perform
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) work
, troubleshooting, and repairs for solar and battery storage systems.
Respond to and complete
service calls
, diagnosing and resolving solar and battery system issues.
Mentor and provide guidance to the
install crew
, ensuring best practices and adherence to industry standards.
Assist the install team with
main panel upgrades
and
Hawaiian tie-ins
as needed.
Conduct
system diagnostics
, including identifying and fixing electrical and connectivity issues.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with
local, state, and national electrical codes
.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed work.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service and addressing concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Extensive experience
in solar and battery storage system installations and troubleshooting.
Strong
electrical background
, with deep knowledge of
NEC codes and local regulations
.
Proven experience in
main panel upgrades and Hawaiian tie-ins
.
Ability to work independently and
mentor junior team members
.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Valid electrical license or certification
(preferred but not required).
Ability to
climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions
.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid
driver's license
and a clean driving record.
