Company: Revolution Solar Location: Draper, UT Salary: Starting at $22 per hour Schedule: Monday to Thursday (12:30 PM to 9:00 PM), Friday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and one Saturday per month required : Revolution Solar, a leading solar panel installation company, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Welcome Call and Site Survey Scheduling Associate to join our team in Draper, UT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include making welcome calls to new customers, addressing their inquiries, guiding them through the onboarding process, and scheduling site surveys for our installation team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct welcome calls to new customers, providing a warm and professional introduction to our products/services.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, assisting with account setup and providing necessary instructions.
• Schedule site surveys for customers, coordinating with our installation team and customers\' availability.
• Resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction, and escalating complex cases as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate seamless onboarding experiences and site survey scheduling for customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and MS Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work the designated schedule, including one Saturday per month.
