It's a team that can offer a broad range of work opposed to just medical negligence claims.You will act on behalf of professionals within the healthcare industry to defend them against medical negligence claims in the Sheriff Court and in the Court of Session, in addition to representing them in proceedings before their professional regulators. The team are also involved in defending professionals in Fatal Accident inquiries and Public Inquiries.The firm offer hybrid working and a generous benefits package.
