You\'ll leverage your research and communication skills to cultivate a robust talent pipeline, ensuring we have a steady stream of qualified candidates for our sales representative positions. - Conduct in-depth searches using various online resources, including industry job boards, professional networking sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Craft compelling outreach messages to targeted candidates, highlighting the unique culture and career opportunities at Chipr
- Pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications and experience relative to specific job requirements
- Manage and nurture a network of potential candidates and industry professionals in the construction trades
- Build and maintain a strong internal referral program to leverage the connections of our current team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies for attracting skilled construction professionals
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, ideally within the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of social media recruiting strategies and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages
- Proven ability to build relationships and connect with candidates on a genuine level
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Paylocity) is a plus
