Overview

Job Overview:

The Spa Manager at Black Desert Resort, will oversee all aspects of our spa operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring that every guest experiences unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation. The spa manager will manage spa staff, coordinate spa services, and maintain an atmosphere of tranquility and professionalism.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000, Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
  • Onsite: Black Desert/Ivins, Utah
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Oversee daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, service quality, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and responding to guest needs and feedback.
  • Hire, train, and manage spa staff, ensuring they are well-trained in their respective roles and customer service standards.
  • Manage the spa\'s budget, including forecasting, expense management, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the resort\xe2\x80\x99s marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase spa usage and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and introduce new treatments, products, and technologies to keep the spa offerings fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar managerial role in a luxury spa setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of spa services and operations.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $75,000.00/Yr. - $85,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
