The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Spa Wellness & Programming Coordinator to join the Spa Team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world\'s best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. The newly renovated Kiolani Spa will be re-opening in February 2024. The 50,000-square-foot spa will feature holistic and innovative treatments inspired by traditional Hawaiian wellness practices. Using the Hawaiian lunar phase calendar, it will also offer a seasonal treatment menu.

As a Wellness and Programming Coordinator, you would be responsible for coordinating, promoting, publicizing and facilitating club activities and programs in the hotel\'s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Coordinate, promote, publicize and facilitate all activities and programs for the spa/salon/fitness center/health club
• Perform receptionist duties including, but not limited to, answering telephones, taking and relaying messages, processing and recording financial transactions, scheduling appointments and stocking and maintaining supplies, as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
• Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
• Perform general club duties, as needed
