We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various outreach methods. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling and warm calling to engage prospective clients, while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools to track interactions and progress. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and a knack for business development.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Utilize Salesforce to manage lead information, track interactions, and update the status of prospects.
Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify them as viable leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
Negotiate terms and conditions when necessary to facilitate lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities related to lead generation.
Continuously research market trends and identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation roles is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Experience in business development or negotiating deals is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in the lead generation process.
