Special Events & Sponsorship Manager
The Special Events & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and funding the special events at North Hills. The ideal candidate for this role should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and creative. The goal of this role is to deliver a remarkable event experience that enhances the image of our dynamic, mixed-use property.
Create & Develop Special Events - Programming for Signature Events; Creating new event concepts.
Special Event Management - Pre-event preparation for Signature Events to include the creation and dissemination of timelines, site maps, and other logistical plans. Onsite management to include supervision of event set up and event breakdown as well as the role of Point Person / Event Lead for the duration of the special event. Act in an advisory role and property liaison for Third-Party Events.
Budget / Financial Management - Working within the parameters of predetermined expense and revenue budgets; Work collaboratively with the Accounting Dept to process and track payments, request, and code invoices. Assist with other financial reporting items as required.
Sponsor Acquisition and Development: Assist in all sponsorship sales efforts as assigned - both in-kind and monetary. Work collaboratively on package design, pricing, and receivables. Assist in capturing and reporting on deliverables. Work to make new potential sponsor contacts and secure pitch meetings.
Sponsor Fulfillment and Hospitality: Participate in all phases of sponsor experiences at events. Assist with the design of sponsor hospitality initiatives and implement day-of sponsor experiences. Ensure that each sponsor\'s receivables are fulfilled to completion through social media mentions, videos/photographs, and onsite promotion.
