Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Chambersburg, PA
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM
Caseload: Primarily Elementary Students:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Chambersburg, PA. This full-time, onsite position will involve working with elementary school students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges to succeed in their academic and social development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting and a passion for making a difference in students' lives.Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each studentxe2x80x99s needs.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support studentsxe2x80x99 progress.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive devices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA certification (or eligibility).
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
