OverviewHealthPRO Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist in Lake Oswego, OR
- Qualified Candidates must be an Oregon Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- 41 bed Assisted Living Facility wtih 26-bed MC and a 2nd Memory Care community (40-beds)
- These are start up rehab programs. Previous experience with a start up is a plus!

- Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech- Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
- Must maintain valid state Speech Language Pathology licensure
