What You'll Do:

Clean windows (obviously), pressure wash, clean gutters, and solar panels. Work outside every day--fresh air, no cubicles, no soul-sucking fluorescent lights. Climb ladders and work on rooftops--so being comfortable with heights is key. Give great customer service--friendly, professional, and helpful always wins. Work a

flexible schedule

--Monday to Friday, plus weekend work available if you want extra hours.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who enjoys working with their hands and being outside. Comfortable on ladders and not afraid of heights. A positive, can-do attitude--no slackers, no complainers. Reliable, hardworking, and a solid team player. A valid driver's license and ability to meet at our Fayetteville shop daily. No experience? No problem! We'll train you.
