Job Responsibilities:
- Dive into the world of financial prowess as our Assistant Controller, ensuring accurate project cost recording.
- Mastermind our advanced accounting system with exceptional coordination and precise data entry skills.
- Showcase your superhero skills by closing project costs and managing accounting files.
- Process Accounts Payable vouchers with pinpoint accuracy, leaving no room for errors.
- Empower yourself to handle supplier payments with precision and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Thrive in a high-octane environment, interpreting accounting records, and performing bank reconciliations.
- Minimum associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience (Bachelor\'s preferred).
- 5 years\' experience in accounting, preferably in construction but not required.
- Proficient in accounting principles and familiar with accounting software (construction related such as Procore or ComputerEase preferred, but not required).
