The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager, Global Finance Business Partner \xe2\x80\x93 I&T, as the Sr. Analyst, Global Finance Business Partner \xe2\x80\x93 I&T, you will be responsible for organizational I&T pillars (Business office, Business Partnering, Infrastructure, Digital Experiences, Cyber Security Compliance & Risk, IT Strategy & Innovation). You will be focused on ensuring the wider I&T Finance Business Partnering remit is met and will take on increasing responsibility with experience. This is a hybrid role, which requires some onsite work. #LI-hybrid

The Role:

• Provide Global finance partnering support through provision of, financial guidance, advice, and decision-making support (including recurring business reviews) for strategic plans, projects business plans and targets as well as advice about Finance Calendar.
• Lead the development of business cases and other business analysis and modelling with the support of the FP&A team and wider finance colleagues to provide additional guidance and insights to Leaders about major investments, initiatives, and projects.
• Deliver operations activities related to Planning, Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, while providing additional input and insights. Perform month end close processes.
• Provide CAPEX & OPEX Projects analytics and reporting (with the support of Accounting Operations and FP&A as required). Perform month end close processes.
• Clearly define and review both ad-hoc and routine reporting and analytics to ensure it meets internal customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and are well understood.
• Liaise & co-ordinate with peers to ensure consistency between the Sites and sharing learnings, innovation, and good practices.
• Provide input into SLAs and COE performance feedback to assist with performance improvement, innovation and positively contributing to the Finance Transformation.
• Contribute to or lead global or functional/site specific projects as required to improve the performance.
• Manage performance with a focus on meeting service agreements and continuously enhancing Finance Business Partnering, while role modelling CSL Values.
• Supporting Global Finance Strategic initiatives through input in strategic projects.
• Contributing to tactical performance and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Participate in developing tools, techniques, and best practice approaches to support the ongoing development of the I&T and wider Enabling Functions Finance capability in support of business strategy.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in related field desirable. Professional certification (CPA/CMA) desirable.
• It is anticipated this role would have more than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Finance roles, working across a range of sub-disciplines including Project Management OPEX and CAPEX management, Cost center analysis, and Financial Analysis in a Pharmaceutical Research and Development function or similar industry.
• Previous Finance Business Partnering and/or FP&A experience in the following areas is strongly preferred: Digital Transformation, Software as a Service (SaaS), Managed Services environments, Contract Management, Organization Change, Global matrix organizations, Portfolio/Projects Financial Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate leadership.

• Ability to lead, develop and motivate others.
• Timely decision making and priority setting.
