Job Description

This role will work on understanding and communicating high-level investment and property management trends by leveraging operational and financial data across the company portfolio. To help identify areas of opportunity or potential risk this individual should have familiarity with financial concepts and strong analytical & technical capabilities. This role will collaborate with engineers and other business stakeholders to facilitate advanced analysis. You should be able to synthesize and communicate complex information into actionable outcomes that will drive strategic decisions.

What you will do:

• Analyze internal and external datasets to help the company make better decisions.
• Identify opportunities to unlock value.
• Underwrite projects and identify value-add
• Perform targeted data research
• Build strong relationships with all teams across the business.
• Develop a deep understanding of Multifamily investment, finance, and operations.

What you should have:

• Excellent opportunity identification and solution implementation.
• A love for solving problems.
• Deep understanding of software and data.
• Multiple programming languages e.g. Python, R, SQL.
• Top-notch analytical skills and demonstrated track record of analyzing complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical to ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience creating value in Finance, operational data, or data analytics.
