The firm, with over 300 attorneys across multiple offices nationwide, emphasizes a results-oriented approach, focusing on preventative counseling and delivering strong legal work and excellent client service.Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Nevada.
- At least 5+ years of substantive experience, ideally in labor and employment law, though general civil litigation experience will be considered.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work closely with an established team of litigators to handle a diverse range of civil litigation matters.
- Engage in complex case management and provide high-quality legal services to a robust client base.
- Work closely with clients to develop effective strategies and policies to avoid employment litigation, resolve employee disputes, and successfully dismiss labor and employment claims
