Growing together.This is a critical position within the Medicare Part D Communications Team.You\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of tasks and activities for assigned deliverables (pre-, during, and post-). Conduct business process analysis, business analysis, and data analysis as needed in support of M3P
  • Support issue facilitation, resolution, triage, and management as needed at either the member and/or group level
  • Demonstrated experience in working with client needs and internal Account Management to manage timelines and resolve issues
  • Must be able to promote and ensure client satisfaction via timely and accurate responses, clear communication, and ongoing education of Account Management staff as it relates to CMS guidelines, processes, and procedures
  • This position will track and monitor member communications, including both print and call center, to ensure all materials are created, approved, finalized, and implemented timely and resolve any issues associated with such communications
  • Support and facilitate updates to all communications throughout the yearly readiness cycle. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Proofread client - specific member letters to ensure correct data is populated based on final approved documents
  • Attend conference calls with clients, Account Management and vendor as needed
  • Assist with new client implementations
  • Act as primary liaison to account management for any ad hoc communications, updates, etc.
  • Support special projects as needed
  • Support other Government Program processes during non-peak season
  • Provide timely written and/or verbal communications to critical stakeholders and management regarding key deliverables
  • Create business requirements and process documentation as needed
  • Aid in flex assignments and other duties as assigned by management. Assignments will be determined based upon the functional need and the skills & experience of each resource

  • 2+ years of PBM experience
  • 2+ years of experience involving: Business process analysis and issue resolution
  • Data collection and analysis experience
  • Government programs, such as Medicare Part-D, Medicaid or EGWP experience
  • Mid-level expertise in using basic MS-Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proven cross collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documents (Process flows, P&P\xe2\x80\x99s/SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, Job Aids, Training materials, IRAAD, Status Reports, Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Reports, and Operational Metrics)
  • Client management, and/or client implementation experience
  • Mid-level expertise in using process-specific tools such as MS-Visio, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of M3P program
  • Proven solid communication skills (verbal and written), inc. experience working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Proven excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven effective decision-making and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to effectively organize and prioritize work schedule and tasks
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
