Sr. Controls Engineer

• Extensive knowledge of the following platforms:

• Honeywell DCS
• Triconex SIS
• Allen-Bradley PLC
• Modicon PLC
• Wonderware HMI
• Proficiency in process functionality, programming methods, and configurations for the above platforms
• Proven ability to maintain existing control systems and execute upgrade projects
• Strong capability to work independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Control system design, review, and troubleshooting expertise in:

• P&IDs
• Wiring diagrams
• Control panels
• Network
• Loop tuning
• Code generation and testing for DCS, SIS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Experience in executing hardware and software Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
• Commissioning of panels, instrumentation, and SCADA systems
• Integration skills for various vendor systems
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities in live process environments
