You will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering strategic, on-brand, highly-impactful
creative in support of our brand and marketing content. This role requires critical thinking, B2C
and B2B design expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with others.Social first (vertical) video shooting and editing, TikTok & IG experience.
Our development process is an iterative approach with consideration of creative, strategic, and
performance analytics feedback to improve and evolve work. The team takes a full-funnel approach
messaging at every step of the journey across platforms. Animated display, social creative, and print

\xef\x82\xb7 Deliver creative within brand guidelines
\xef\x82\xb7 Translate creative briefs & ideas into compelling visuals & motion design
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate within a cross-functional team with other designers, copy, and strategy
\xef\x82\xb7 Fulfill multiple project requests within defined deadlines
\xef\x82\xb7 Present creative ideas effectively and be able to manage and implement feedback
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure creative projects are prioritized appropriately and delivered on time and on strategy
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent visual design and motion design skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in motion design software (AfterEffects, PremierPro)
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, and an understanding of
brand guidelines and narrative
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly-effective graphics
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to design marketing collateral, digital and social ads, and other digital
marketing formats
\xef\x82\xb7 A minimum of 3 years work experience, ideally 5-10
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to translate business goals into world-class design. It\xe2\x80\x99s not just about making

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
