Position SummaryThe Senior Director, Learning and Development, will lead the planning and execution of Evernorth\'s Sales and Account Management Learning and Development strategies. This role will drive strategic objectives forward and oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality adult learning experiences. The new leader will enable core consultative selling competencies, upsell, cross sell, and net new growth skills, and behaviors necessary for client facing employees and people leaders. The Senior Director will lead and influence senior business leaders across a complex matrix organization to align on growth strategies and plans that are connected to client needs across the buying journey.Critical to success is the Senior Director\'s ability to ensure the organization stays abreast of learning science and proactively innovates with new approaches and modalities.Job Responsibilities
