A growing company near Clear Lake is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team! This position requires a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, long-range planning, and dashboard creation and maintenance. Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities: * Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain the annual budget and forecasting models. Monitor and analyze financial performance against established targets, identify variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making, evaluate business initiatives, and assess the financial impact of different scenarios. Conduct sensitivity analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Long-Range Planning: Contribute to the development of the company\'s long-range strategic plans. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal factors to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Dashboard Creation and Maintenance: Design and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders. Identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and present findings to management.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives. Evaluate financial performance, profitability, and efficiency, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports for management, executives, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and support strategic initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Requirements

Senior Financial Analyst Experience Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
