As the Global Partner Communications and Experience Manager, you will be instrumental in driving effective communications, marketing initiatives, new ways to reach and engage audiences, create excitement, and inspire our partner ecosystem to take action.

Responsibilities include:

• Own the to-partner communication strategy, innovative value messaging, and communication vehicles, including social media, email communications, newsletters, webinars, case studies, blogs, surveys, and PR
• Project manage and execute compelling to-partner campaigns and programs to drive visibility of Zscaler solutions, program benefits, enablement and partner marketing programs and tools to our partner ecosystem using a multi-channel approach by leveraging marketing automation (Marketo), the PRM (SFDC communities), and other digital channels
• Lead the marketing of our partner sales plays, enablement and certification programs, events, and assets to our partners
• Work with the creative team to develop branding content that is inspiring and effective across relevant internal and external communication channels
• Lead data and insight-driven programs and provide best practice guidelines for the wider partner marketing team
• Create a programmatic framework governing the global partner communications and experience strategy aligned to business objectives and key results
• Collaborate on Zscaler partner events to drive a superior partner experience and demonstrable business outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably within the technology or software industry.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and experience working with channel partners, technology alliance partners, distribution partners, and Global Systems Integrators and Service Providers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in developing content across various platforms, including email marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends and solutions is desirable.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - 160,000 + bonus + equity

Zscaler\'s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
