Sr HR Associate, Shared Services
40 hours per week, day shift
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for investigating and responding to HR Support Tier 2 inquiries and concerns from employees and management as part of the HR Shared Services environment. Also responsible for processing information in the HCM system by auditing, inputting, and maintaining data items. Produces information by preparing reports and processing existing queries.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associate\'s degree plus two years of HR or HRIS experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for triaging the Service Now ticketing system for HR Support and providing Tier 2 support for HR inquires by phone and/or email to ensure courteous resolution by adhering to service level and quality standards.
2. Maintains knowledge of organization policies and procedures. Escalates inquiries to Tier 3 as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
3. Responsible of the input of new employee and non-employee information. Processes changes for existing employees/non-employees through participation in system workflow.
4. Updates, maintains and audits HR data across multiple ERP system modules and other ancillary systems as assigned.
5. Responsible for supporting HR Compliance with pulling files.
6. Understands and complies with Medical Center and regulatory policies and procedures related to employment records with regard to confidentiality, amendments to employee files, release of information, employee rights to employment records, records as legal evidence, timeframes for purging documents, and regulatory changes affecting the employee\'s employment record.
7. Supports HRIS system changes, upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
8. Processes inquiries and data system issues in a timely manner by thoroughly researching issues, interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies and practices, determining the action needed and providing/executing appropriate solutions.
