The Sr Manager Network Marketing Digital and Network Pass will be a key leader contributing to one of T-Mobile\xe2\x80\x99s top priorities winning with network seekers.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive influence will be key skills Requires servant leadership approach and ability to help teams navigate through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy to drive adoption of Network Pass app downloads and trial starts
  • Develop 360 network pass campign with the right prospecting creative, channels, media plan and event activations. Work ot expand Network pass usage and the local level
  • Lead efforts to create an elite lead/nurture program for network pass. Construct a plan that will optimize for the right cadence, content & channel mix to improve conversion.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Adobe capabilities and reporting to develop insight-based recommendations for optimization.
  • Drive digital network customer journey, deliver contextualized digital content. Work corss functionally to maintain SEO lead strategy
  • Work cross functionally with PR and Engineering to develop a 360 approach to network communication
Qualifications
  • 10+ years marketing experience; experience managing teams
  • Consummate marketer skilled in traditional marketing practices and brand storytelling; able to blend business performance and customer insights to inspire compelling marketing campaigns
  • Shown team leader in delivering marketing strategies, integrated marketing plans and briefs across creative, media and go-to-market functions
  • Expertise in marketing channels, executional and production realities and impacts
  • Demonstrated success leading teams on ambiguous and daring initiatives subject to quarterly SLT assessment
  • Communications are articulate and effective with T-Mobile executives
  • Wireless business sense across multiple T-Mobile lines of business
  • Familiarity with T-Mobile databases and reporting systems
  • Segment or local marketing experience preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Washington Pay Range : $146,200.00 - $197,800.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee\xe2\x80\x99s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
