You will be part of exploring key opportunities for growth, creating a stellar customer experience, and supporting all aspects of the Homepage and Curated Shopping experiences.What you will accomplish:Drive the vision, strategies and roadmap for Homepage and Curated Shopping in the context of broader organizational and company strategies and goalsBuild and maintain a product roadmap by applying strong technical reasoning and user empathy to condense many different partner needs into coherent, scalable back-end capabilitiesIdentify and prioritize significant product opportunities by working closely across partner teams to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, as well with other functions such as research, marketing, design; conducting your own market and competitor research as neededBusiness Case: Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, obtain a deep understanding of customer needs and difficulties and estimate the impact of the opportunity.Conduct Product Discovery: fall in love with the problem space, identify the jobs to be done, prioritize the customer needs, and define alignment to the company strategy.Deliver against the team\xe2\x80\x99s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs): Track progress against desired customer outcomes, resolve open questions and challenges, evaluate risks and communicate status to leaders and partners.Develop quantitative & qualitative product insights: including funnel analysis, customer behavior analysis, cohort analysis, customer sentiment and feedback, etc. Define and lead A/B tests to accurately measure the impact of site modifications.What you will bring:7+ years of product management or related experience building best-in-class user experiencesSelf-motivated and directed, ambitious ability to innovate quicklyStrong analytic skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sourcesDemonstrated experience in writing clear product specificationsOutstanding communication skills - verbal, written and presentation abilities.Comfort operating in global environments across cultures, locations, and time zonesPlease see the for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
