Role Summary

The Individual Investors Client Experience team is seeking a Sr. Product Owner to lead the Salesforce platform strategy. CRM is a critical component of the multi-year transformational digital agenda, and the Salesforce platform is uniquely positioned within Individual Investors, serving multiple business units and associates. You will drive the development, and implementation of our CRM strategy, and roadmap. You will leverage strategic relationships, client/associate knowledge, competitive information, and regulatory environment, to enable the organization with solutions that drive business results. Take an enterprise view, leading CRM enablement activities across business units, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Provide thought leadership and technical direction for determining appropriate metrics, milestones, and other performance indicators for the CRM discipline. Advise key leaders & stakeholders on the short-term and long-term progress against metrics. You will demonstrate s a high degree of commercial judgment; negotiate regularly with management and business stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on the strategic priorities for platform enablement. You will be responsible for ensuring that our organizations CRM assets are effectively managed, organized, and accessible to support our business objectives. Through business knowledge, provide guidance to internal clients on optimizing their use of enablement platforms and tools. Leverage client insights to recommend enhanced processes, reports, tools, etc., for improving effectiveness. This role will lead a team of developers, designers, product owner and analysts utilizing an Agile methodology, to launch client-centric features from research and discovery to development and delivery. The role is high exposure and involves ongoing engagement with senior partners and leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap Development \xe2\x80\x94Develops and maintains a clear, integrated vision for the CRM platform, including technology, competitive, and internal strategic perspectives. Develops and lead team members in establishing complex, unified road maps for platform. Champions and leads the technical direction for research that will inform and guide enablement strategies within the business unit. Leverages quantitative and qualitative research to establish and communicate the product vision as well as the overall design and delivery strategy. Takes ownership for the Salesforce platform and drive its development, enhancements, and overall strategy to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. Partners with various teams such as business teams, legal, compliance, finance, and design to ensure that solutions are compliant, client-centric, and in line with brand standards. Owns product from end to end and establish road map. Removes impediments and facilitate decisions both inside and outside the core team to ensure a successful product delivery.
  • Achieves Business Results for CRM Platform \xe2\x80\x94Through leadership of a cross functional team, which often includes marketing, technology, design, data, and other business unit subject matter experts. Collaborates with leadership to establish standards for business performance, associate satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency. Ensures standards are met or exceeded by interpreting and synthesizing complex metrics against key performance indicators. Develops and implements strategies and tactics to meet the desired business objectives, often recommending new and innovative solutions.
  • Resource Allocation \xe2\x80\x94Ensures the firm\xe2\x80\x99s investment is maximized across the CRM platform. Develops compelling business cases to support budget strategies and negotiates with leadership to ensure the highest-value initiatives are appropriately funded. Contributes to talent development, as well as talent acquisition and deployment strategies to ensure business and technical teams are resourced to sustain high-quality product development.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Supports leadership team in the onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of product management associates. Recognizes associates as appropriate and provide constructive feedback in support of individual development goals.
  • User Experience & Quality: Champions user-centric design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences for CRM platform, ensuring easy access of relevant information for all stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve usability concerns.
  • Industry Trends: Stays up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in CRM, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the organizations management capabilities.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
  • CRM strategy development, Salesforce platform & Product owner experiences
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Strategic minded, analytical, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Passion for working with digital-led organizations and driving best-in-class client experiences.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$116,500 - $199,000 Annual USD

For the location of:

Colorado

*Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual\xe2\x80\x99s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance. Salary range disclosure as required by sb19-085 when hiring in Colorado, S9427A when hiring in New York, SB 1162 when hiring in California, and SB 5761 when hiring in the State of Washington.
