The Senior Software Engineer delivers on our Purpose by joining the Refunds Management Team supporting Finance and Customer Support and Services organizations through the RefundPro application. This role will support the delivery of a multi-year Cloud development initiative, assist in the creation of new capabilities for our Customers, and develop strong partnerships with key Business and Technology stakeholder groups in executing a strategic vision for Customer compensation. The Senior Software Engineer is a problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset who is ready to drive the future of Southwest\xe2\x80\x99s Technology.Additional details:This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work off-site. Competitive market salary from $137,250.00 per year to $152,500.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
