The purpose of this job is to develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of training solutions for Pilot\xe2\x80\x99s Talent Development team. This role is responsible for supporting training programs end to end, including administrative/logistical responsibilities and facilitation with emphasis on leadership development. * Support the curriculum development and training delivery for the Talent Development team using various formats (i.e., instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, etc.)
