Job Summary

***This is a TELECOMMUTE opportunity. Must live within Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma OR Texas to qualify for this position.***

This position is responsible for overseeing performance of assigned area of responsibility and serving as SME for assigned area; building relationships and managing interactions with key divisional partners to drive initiative execution; performing gap and root cause analyses to identify issues and/or improvement opportunities; developing remediation strategies & solutions against identified issues and driving execution of strategies; ensuring remediation and implementation of any CMS guidance or regulations; managing STARS governance and oversight for aligned key measure category; and performing key vendor oversight as it relates to activities relevant to star measures in area of purview.

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor degree

5 years of healthcare industry or health insurance work experience

Previous experience with Medicare

Strong written and oral communication skills

Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.

Presentation skills and executive presence

Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff of all levels across multiple departments

Analytical thinking, and problem solving skills

Business acumen and project / program management skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

MBA, MPH, or related master\xe2\x80\x99s degree

Vendor Oversight & Management

Understanding of Star ratings program and how to influence star ratings

Knowledge of Medicare products and regulatory environment
