The Senior User Experience (UX) Designer delivers on our Purpose with their work creating, maintaining, and overseeing the user experience design implementation for Southwest internal and external Customer facing digital experiences. This role will provide advanced guidance to the UX Design Team and will collaborate with digital owners, product managers, technology, outside agencies, and executives on digital experience enhancements and optimizations. The Senior UX Designer is a strong communicator with an innovative mindset, who is ready to drive the future of Southwest Airlines.Additional Details:This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is a limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work.
