Summary of Job:

This is a Senior level VDC Coordinator position where the incumbent will translate design intent contract documents or 3D design models of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems into fabrication and installation detail Building Information Models (BIM\xe2\x80\x99s) utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software. This position is also responsible for leading a team at the project level that oversees team productivity, time management, group standards and quality.

Education and Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience with installation of mechanical or plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus
• A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
