Reports To: Corporate Controller

Salary: Non-exempt, Hourly

$26.00 - $35.00

Status: Full-time

Responsible for daily cash reconciliations, daily reporting, and assist in month end processes.

Partial List of Responsibilities and Areas for Growth:

Balances all daily cash sales reports and reconciles drawer reports to cash reconciliation reports.

Records all daily deposits of sales.

Run and maintain daily balance sheet and P&L reports.

Assist with account reconciliations.

Assist with sales tax preparation.

Assist accounts receivable as needed.

Assist accounts payable as needed.

Perform journal entries and maintain appropriate documentation.

Special projects as needed.

Maintains and promotes a safe working environment and follows all safety rules.

Promotes team building concepts.

Complies with all company policies and procedures.

**NOTE: Management has the discretion to add or change the responsibilities performed by this position.

Education and Experience:

Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting is preferred.

Prior accounting experience/knowledge is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Knowledge of GAAP.

Ability to effectively present information one on one and small group situations.

Ability to complete tasks with written or oral instructions.

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.

Ability to collaborate with other departments and divisions.

Must demonstrate the ability and initiative to learn and grow.
