Job Description
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our expanding team. This is a fast-growing company that offers a career path and great benefits (100% paid health benefits).
The Staff Accountant\'s responsibilities include auditing expenditure documentation and coding, reconciling GL accounts, uploading data in the Intacct accounting system, and analyzing expenditure data. The Staff Accountant is an integral member of the accounting department and is involved with monthly accounting close tasks and reconciliations, and year-end audit support.
Duties
- Manage full-cycle AP
- Manage expenditure transactions from Concur Expense
- Concur user maintenance and system administration
- Develop reports in Concur by utilizing report writer capabilities
- GL account reconciliation
- Month-end journal entries to post expenditure transactions
- Expenditure data reporting and analysis
- Experience working with Concur
- General knowledge of accounting and posting journal entries
- GL account reconciliation and adjustments
- Experience with Month-end and Year-end processes and audits
