Job Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledgeable in the areas of project cost reporting, billing, accounts receivable and general ledger preferred.
- Proficient with personal computers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Prefer ten-key by touch and 30 words per minute typing speed.
- The incumbent must be familiar with the use of standard office equipment, e.g. scanners, printers, copiers, telephones with multiple lines, and facsimile machines.
- Associate degree with emphasis in Accounting preferred but may be substituted with a high school diploma and equivalent experience.
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting; or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training that would provide the level of knowledge and skills required for the position.
