Staff Accountant
Job Description
Our client in the Oak Brook area is seeking an accountant looking to grow their career by working in a positive environment that promotes growth and opportunity. Collaborating with team members in a hybrid work environment on audits and reviews for a variety of clients will foster development of your career while contributing to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to ensure completion of reviews and audits for middle market, privately held business and non-profits
Communicate with the team on work status and engagement developments
Encouraged to ask questions to help with continuous improvement
Work efficiently in office and remote for a hybrid work schedule
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in public accounting
CPA designation, or a plan to pursue
Experience with executing review and audit engagements and compilations
MS Office- Excel, Creative Solutions Accounting, Quickbooks is preferred
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting
Hours: 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $65,000/yr
