• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated baristas and support staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

• Customer Service Excellence:
• Ensure a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
• Monitor and enhance customer service standards, addressing customer feedback and concerns promptly.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional service to customers.

• Operational Management:
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with Starbucks\' standards and policies.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to meet sales and profit goals.
• Implement and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.

• Financial Accountability:
• Develop and manage the store budget, tracking financial performance against targets.
• Analyze financial reports and take proactive measures to achieve financial objectives.

• Quality Control:
• Maintain and uphold Starbucks\' quality standards for beverages, food items, and overall store cleanliness.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.

• Training and Development:
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance reviews and set clear performance expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree (preferred).
• Proven experience in a management role within the retail or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of coffee and Starbucks products.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
