We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Outlet Shift Supervisor! In this role, you will have the opportunity to put your leadership and customer service skills to work, while helping to foster a positive, welcoming experience for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, setting and meeting goals, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and evaluate staff members
• Create and adjust employee work schedules to meet the needs of the business
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform cash handling, register operations, and store opening and closing tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Resolve customer disputes in a professional manner
• Assist in training new staff members
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Monitor store supplies and order new supplies as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and complaints
• Ability to handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
• Knowledge of Starbucks products and services
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to use a computer and POS system
