We are currently hiring for a Sales Process Owner role within State Street Global Advisors U.S. SPDR Business. In this role, you will work with a team of individuals across marketing, business intelligence, and sales teams in an effort to ensure high quality marketing campaign contacts and leads are delivered to the sales team, reviewed and actioned appropriately, and measured for completion and effectiveness. In addition, you will lead and support the business units in continued evolution and standardization of the sales lead process through training and technology. This could include training new sales team members on Salesforce use, helping to develop dashboard views for sales leaders, and ensuring ongoing engagement of end to end experience of a sales lead and contact.
You will be responsible for driving revenue by managing the lead flow and providing valuable information about prospective and existing clients to assist our sales team in growing business in State Street ETFs and model portfolios. In addition to sharing marketing information, it will look to analyze and synthesize demographic data, AUM, client tiering, investing trends, etc.

This position will be based in Boston, Massachusetts or Scottsdale, Arizona.
Position Responsibilities:
Work with a team of individuals across marketing, business intelligence, and sales to ensure high quality marketing campaign contacts and leads are delivered to sales swiftly and are actioned quickly and appropriately
Deploy marketing event campaign contacts and leads to sales teams with supporting documentation, instructions, and standards for follow up.
Review progress on sales follow-up to ensure progress and completion to support campaign reporting needs
Partner with business intelligence to build and maintain a dashboard for sales leadership teams to evaluate marketing campaign and lead follow-up activity by channel and territory with RAG status
Lead and support the sales teams in continued evolution of the sales lead and campaign follow-up process through training and technology
Train new sales team members on Salesforce use; understand how each sales channel leverages Salesforce and develop content to onboard new team members accordingly
Focused content on entry of meetings, tasks, specialist participation in meetings, campaign contact follow-up, lead follow-up, Marketo Sales Insights, opportunity and win tagging
Create and lead ongoing education curriculum for Salesforce, sales team use of Salesforce, end-to-end sales lead management, marketing campaign follow-up process for all sales channels and leadership teams
Partner with investment specialists for pre-campaign launch prep sessions held as part of the deployment of campaign leads and contacts to sales teams.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal business partners throughout the State Street Global Advisors including marketing, research, national accounts, capital markets and sales
Regularly participate and present in joint meetings with marketing, business intelligence, and sales leadership to present campaign follow-up status and results
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of investment experience
Demonstrated experience and success within your current role supporting the ETF business
Excellent communications skills to concisely deliver sophisticated topics and information
Ability to work efficiently and influence internal and external partners
Positive attitude with a strong team orientation, and is enthusiastic to educate other team members and clients
Strategic thinking skills to evaluate and adjust the sales process as needed based on the market environment, in house research, and skills and needs of current team
Current securities licenses (Series 7 and Series 63) required
Limited travel as needed
Clean compliance and U4 record required

Salary Range: $65,000 - $102,500 Annual
