Job description
The Osthoff Resort, a Four Diamond AAA rated resort, located in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, is currently seeking a Steward/Dishwasher.
Our Stewards are responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation of all dishes, pans, utensils, etc., as well as the entire work area according to resort, local, and state standards during high-volume service hours. Stewards also assist the culinary staff with prep work and plating on occasion.
A Candidate for this position must be able to:
- Lift/carry and push/pull up to 40 pounds
- Be on his/her feet for up to 8 hours each day
- Bend, walk, reach, and kneel as necessary to perform the job duties
- Multi-task
- Work well in a team environment, as well as independently within a fast-paced environment.
- This position requires availability on weekdays and weekends.
- All other duties as assigned
