AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, that manages the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. The four distinct operating units owned by AMTRACO are:EPSI \xe2\x80\x93 a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets.STM \xe2\x80\x93 a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapesFAST \xe2\x80\x93 a distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets.SBM \xe2\x80\x93 a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate.Job Summary

  • Devise and implement strategies that boost the overall commercial growth of the company
  • Oversee the operational and financial management of the company
  • Develop and foster client relationships within the commercial manager job role, to create business growth opportunities
  • Establish financial plans that go hand-in-hand with the company goals
  • Identify expansion and growth opportunities and use commercial management skills to implement the same
Job Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with clients, customers and suppliers to maximize profit margin.
  • Receive regular updates on the progress of various projects and provide to the Business Unit Manager.
  • Conduct periodic market research and identify prospective business opportunities
  • Maintain reports and records of the budgets, expenses and revenue that fall under the commercial manager job role
  • Support the other departments with queries about commercial processes as a commercial manager
  • Manage commercial risks and devise strategies to overcome them
  • Key Account management
  • Strategic pricing and margin management
  • Develop growth strategies to other industries that will expand our markets
  • Direct the E-Commerce Strategy
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience as Commercial and/or Sales Manager
  • Acquaintance with business development and marketing
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management
  • 10-15 years working in the pressure sensitive adhesives industry
  • Experience managing a CRM system
Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business management, marketing, administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure independently as a commercial manager
  • Skillset to develop and foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers
