Cashier: Operation of square register to process sales transactions.

Store Maintenance : Maintaining a clean appearance through continuous sweeping, mopping & dusting.

Updating of pricing: Adjust prices in the register and update signage for new products.

Inventory management: Track inventory as it arrives and leaves the store.

Display Organization: Periodically update displays to highlight new products and attract customer attention.

Material unloading: Unload orders from trucks and distribute materials throughout the garden center.

Planting: Transplant plant plugs into larger containers as needed.

Watering: Periodically water the greenhouse and plants throughout the yard.

Frequently stand, walk, or crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces; work in extremely cold and freezing climates for long periods of time; stoop, kneel, bend to pick up or move objects; move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds; normal manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; corrected hearing and vision to normal range.
