As a Store Design Manager, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

• Manage a portfolio of projects. - Contribute to studio team goals by delivering a set number of stores in conjunction with meeting all established deadlines.
• Execute complex designs. - Oversee multiple project types while bringing specific expertise on influential projects, complicated renovations, & new store building conversions.
• Collaborate on regional initiatives. - Develop need-based solutions that are not on an established nationwide roadmap to solve.
• Support Sr. Design Manager & Sr. Designer. - Participate in market planning / renovation scoping meetings and act as a proxy (when requested) for design reviews, working master, etc.
• Train & mentor others. \xe2\x80\x93 Foster a creative studio culture role-modeled around servant leadership.

Qualifications

We\xe2\x80\x99d love to hear from people with:

• Store Designers looking for Design Manager experience
• 3+ years experience designing new or existing stores
• 3+ years experience managing others
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team.
• Capability to influence beyond a single project amongst your studio, cross-functional team, and / or external support.
• Ability to work in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and produce high quality 3D renderings.
• The aptitude to communicate clearly and concisely in writing, verbally, and visually.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited educational institution in Architecture, Interior Design, or related design field.
